On every Thursday or Friday. So that you can enjoy your weekends. Just make sure you have updated your order (if any) before 3 pm on every Tuesday.

Not a problem! Ask anybody at your home to get DVDs, return previous DVDs or make payment (if any). We’ll come only on Wednesday to pick up previous DVDs (if any).And Thursday or Friday to drop next DVDs. For monthly subscription fees collection in advance,we'll come on last dates of the month (e.g. July 27th to July 31st)

- You can only have good prints from us.There are 2 kinds of prints 'screener'and 'final' (newly released movie, always takes months to get released on final print, & screener print is usually without subtitle and menu)
- it's requested,not to expect below standard prints from us as we're sure you want to feel comfortable for getting good prints only without any confusion.
- The policy of the company is to provide scracth-less DVDs.
